Cancellation Policy

At Design Me Now, we know life doesn’t always follow the calendar — that’s why we strive to make scheduling easy and flexible. Our goal is to ensure every client receives the focused, personalized attention their project deserves. Booking an Appointment Design and color consultations are available by appointment to give you our undivided attention. Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through email. Once confirmed, you’ll receive details about what to expect and how to prepare for your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We get it — things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another client. You can easily reschedule by phone, email, or direct message. We’ll always do our best to find a new time that works for you. Late Arrivals If you’re running behind, please let us know. We’ll accommodate as best we can; however, appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if another client is booked immediately afterward. No-Shows Missing an appointment without notice can make it hard for us to serve other clients. After one missed session without notice, we may require prepayment for future appointments. Flexibility Promise We’re a small, local team — not a corporate call center. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule, even if that means meeting early, late, or virtually when needed. Our goal is to make the design process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
