Southampton Kitchen with Soffits Remodel

This kitchen had some dramatic updates to remove some imposing soffits.  While the footprint was kept fairly similar (no wall removals), we were able to create a more workable space with a new layout, new island and removed the additional eat-in area to replace with extended workspace.  The narrow island accommodated a microwave, taking more off the countertops and creating better work flow, and added storage and some seating.  The refrigerator area was updated with a matching pantry creating a beautiful surround for the refrigerator.  New colors, new flooring (obsessed!) and new lighting made a huge impact in this home!
