Full Downstairs Refresh in a Yardley Family Home

This kitchen is in the early design phases.  We're looking to open the kitchen and dining to add more space while maintaining a smart budget.  Updating floors throughout the downstairs and considering a refresh for the existing fireplace to make it more updated, lighter and to add functionality to the room.  Working on an improved layout and storage for a laundry room and a refresh of the downstairs powder room.  More to come!
